Eyes Up Christian
START HERE
Welcome to Eyes Up Christian. We help believers practice careful, Scripture-governed discernment without panic, cruelty, hype, or passivity—refusing to turn every concern into a scandal. Our resources include practical primers, diagnostic tools, and response frameworks to help Christians recognize spiritual confusion and respond with proportion, humility, and courage. Everything is approached from a conservative Christian, Trinitarian, continuationist perspective, with Scripture as the final authority and a closed canon. You don’t need to tackle every project at once. Start with the concern that brought you here, examine the evidence against Scripture, and take the next faithful step.
ABOUT OUR WORK
WHAT THIS ISEyes Up Christian provides practical, Scripture-centered resources to help ordinary believers and church leaders discern truth from error without becoming cynical, fearful, or combative.Rather than chasing headlines or controversy, everything we publish is governed by five foundational commitments:*Scripture is our final, absolute authority (closed canon).
*Truth and love must never be separated.
*All claims and evidence must be examined carefully.
*Correction must always aim toward faithfulness to Christ.
*Discernment must build up the local church, not replace it.WHAT THIS ISN'TEyes Up Christian explicitly rejects the outrage, fear, and manufactured urgency common in online ministry. To maintain a healthy, biblical boundary, we are governed by these direct commitments:*No Outrage or Celebrity: This is not a platform for chasing scandals, building a personality-driven audience, or turning disagreements into public spectacles.*No Bitter Cynicism: Discernment is never permission to be harsh, self-righteous, or suspicious. Every claim requires evidence; every correction must combine truth and love.*No Institutional Replacement: This is not a substitute for the local church, faithful pastoring, or personal Bible study. We do not use manipulative fundraising or exaggerated claims. Our ultimate goal is simple: to help believers fix their eyes on Christ—not on us.
MISSION AND POSTURE
Eyes Up Christian exists to provide sober, pastoral, Scripture-governed teaching for Christians navigating questions of discernment, spiritual formation, church leadership, holiness, and Christian responsibility. Our aim is not to make believers fearful, suspicious, cynical, or combative. Our aim is to help Christians keep their eyes on Christ, test every claim by Scripture, respond wisely and proportionately, and grow in truth, holiness, courage, and love.Everything published here is guided by several commitments:* Scripture is our final authority. Every teaching, tradition, leader, movement, and spiritual claim must be tested by God’s Word.
* Truth requires careful judgment. We distinguish between evidence, allegation, inference, and opinion, resisting both naïveté and sensationalism.
* Responses should be proportionate. Not every problem requires the same response. Wisdom, context, prayer, counsel, and faithful action matter.
* People matter more than platforms. We seek truth, justice, repentance, restoration, and the protection of the vulnerable without delighting in another person’s downfall.
* Discernment begins with ourselves. Before looking outward, we examine what is shaping our own hearts, homes, churches, and conduct.
* Christ remains the center. Discernment is never the destination. It is a means of helping believers worship Christ faithfully and walk with Him in obedience.Eyes Up Christian is not a replacement for Scripture, the local church, qualified pastoral care, legal counsel, or professional services where appropriate. It exists to serve the Church by encouraging careful thinking, biblical discernment, humble conviction, and faithful Christian living.Eyes up. Scripture open. Claims tested. Responses proportionate. Christ at the center.

Every resource remains completely free as the work develops.
BELIEFS
We believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative, and sufficient Word of God. Scripture governs doctrine, practice, discernment, correction, and Christian formation. We believe in one God who eternally exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, crucified for our sins, raised bodily from the dead, exalted at the Father’s right hand, and coming again. We believe salvation is by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ, not by human merit. Those who belong to Christ are called to repentance, obedience, holiness, and perseverance. We believe the Holy Spirit indwells, sanctifies, empowers, guides, and gifts believers. We affirm the continuing work and gifts of the Holy Spirit while insisting that every spiritual claim, impression, prophecy, teaching, and practice must be tested by Scripture. We believe the canon of Scripture is closed. No prophecy, revelation, spiritual experience, tradition, leader, or institution possesses authority equal to or greater than the written Word of God.We believe the Church is the body of Christ, composed of all true believers. Christ alone is the head of the Church. Pastors and overseers are called to faithful stewardship, humble service, sound teaching, and accountable leadership—not ownership of Christ’s people. We believe every Christian is called to grow in truth, holiness, love, wisdom, courage, humility, and discernment. We believe correction should seek truth, repentance, justice, restoration, protection of the vulnerable, and faithfulness to Christ. We believe Christ will return, the dead will be raised, every person will stand before God, and His kingdom will be fully revealed.
